Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns for canceled orders unless the issue is related to the wrong size being delivered.
If you receive an incorrect size, we’re happy to exchange it for the right one. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pistonclothing.in with your order details and photos of the item.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.
Customized Merchandise
All customized merchandise is final sale. Since these products are made just for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Please double-check your design, size, and other details before placing an order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, reach out to us at support@pistonclothing.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or a store credit, depending on the situation.
Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds except in cases where a replacement is not possible.
Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping
If an exchange is approved, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer unless the mistake was on our end.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
